Finnish dairy company Valio has been part of everyday meals and special moments for 120 years. To celebrate its anniversary year, the long-awaited cookbook has arrived!
“Our products are firm favourites whether on a weekday breakfast table or as festive treats for special occasions. We wanted the book to reflect the same spirit. It's filled with delicious recipes for every moment - a sweet bite with coffee, a meal to brighten a busy day or a little something for a summer evening on the jetty,” says Anna Jalas-Karjalainen from Valio's content marketing team, who led the project.
The Crumbs of Joy cookbook is bursting with delightful flavours for life's bigger and smaller moments, inviting to cook and bake from the heart, to savour each moment and to share the joy that good food brings.
Valio Test Kitchen was established in the 1950s. Over the decades, many of its recipes have become cherished food traditions in Finland, passed down through generations. The recipes in this book were developed by food specialists Oona Heikkinen and Sanna Mäenpää from Valio Test Kitchen, along with Tuomas Hämäläinen and Mika Parviainen from Valio Aimo Test Kitchen, which supports a wide range of customers, from industry to catering and commercial kitchens.
