Nicke Manninen is a Finnish author from Pori. Forest Fires is the author's debut novel, which he completed as part of his university thesis. Orielo and its characters come from his childhood, and he finally decided to share the story with the world, aiming to uplift queer and neurodivergent voices and show that epic quests and happy endings are for everyone.
