A visionary Nordic photographer, artist, poet, and digital communications expert, Maria Lehtman, reveals the secrets of old doorways as an illustration of her seven-year journey in self-transformation. The Dreaming Doors is an epic work of contemporary art drawing inspiration from Lehtman's travels in old towns in Europe and Finland during the years 2011-2017. The Dreaming Doors is a special edition featuring a talented artist and painter, and a professional reflexology therapist, Caroline Cunningham, from Ireland. The Dreaming Doors includes selected images of her doorway paintings and poems inspired by travels in India and Peru.
Cunningham left a teaching career in science and math in pursuit of the 'Authentic Path' through creativity and wellbeing. A study at the Bel Canto School of singing has formed much of Cunningham's creative approach. Cunningham's wellbeing and travel blogs' reached the finals of Ireland Blog Awards in 2015 and 2017.
